Perhaps the best part of this site is their forum, where members can find support and feedback from others on the same path.
http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/workout/motivation/ Fitness magazine, another leader in its field has loads of content that is massively helpful. This link points to motivation, but there’s SO much more to explore including blog posts. No part of a healthy living overhaul is complete without staying motivated, and sometimes that is the hardest part.

The best workout songs tend to be the ones with 100bpm, so this selection is not the only one that will give you great ideas on what to listen to that will pump you up. Another by the same site Top 10 home workouts, will show you how you can avoid the gym and still get your daily exercise in. The site offers plenty, though it is aimed at men.

Especially if you find you’re into Marvel or DC comics, comicon, if you’re a Trekkie or a Star Wars fan, or if you eat, live breathe and sleep Firefly. It takes fitness to a level a lot of people who just aren’t mainstream can identify with.
